The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

To use the service you have to be registered with New Islington Medical Practice and you will need the following:

1. Our Practice ID number
2. your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
3. your Password
4. your NHS number

Please come to the Surgery in person and speak to the Receptionists. You will be given a Registration Letter with your unique registration details that you should keep safe.
