We have taken the decision to turn off our online form functionality at the weekend. In order to best look after our patients, we need to be able to get to patients with acute need of speaking to or seeing a Clinician and the functionality at the weekends has meant we have been inundated with non-urgent enquiries.  During the weekend, if your query is of an urgent nature, we would advise you access the out of hours provisions available, details of which can be found here.
