Are you experiencing muscle or joint pain? Did you know you can self-refer to physiotherapy without consulting your GP first?

The MSK service offers first contact physiotherapy and physiotherapy services with access to investigations, referrals and injections if indicated.

If you have a North Manchester GP, are aged over 18 and are experiencing muscle or joint pain please complete the referral form below. For patients who have not consulted their GP regarding the problem, you will be contacted by our team within 24 working hours to arrange a consultation. For all other patients, you will be added to the physiotherapy waiting list.
